Through this technology Apprenticeship in one of our Emerging Talent programs, you will have the opportunity to build and optimize digital applications and systems that support millions of customers, clients and employees worldwide.

Duration: 6-month apprenticeship that is eligible to convert to full time at the end of the apprenticeship period.

IMPORTANT: Students must finish their Associate’s degree during the 6-month program.

Applicable technologies / tools for students to reviewRelevant subject areas that should be explored prior to program completion.

  • Foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, C#), databases, data structures and algorithms
  • Knowledge/experience of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (e.g., Agile)
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency and Security
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Emerging knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mobile, etc.)
  • Cloud Services (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud)
  • Other (Kubernetes, UNIX OS)

Relevant subject areas that should be explored prior to program completion:

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (Java, Python, C#)
  • Understanding of version control systems and the application development lifecycle (e.g. Agile methodology)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as an exceptional problem-solving ability and analytical skills
  • Basic understanding of databases, data structures, unit testing, and algorithms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
